The Fund is an actively managed ETF that seeks to provide investors with income distributions and the potential to limit downside investment exposure.The Fund invests in a laddered portfolio of over-the-counter (OTC) swap agreements that seek to replicate the defined return characteristics of autocallable notes (Autocallable Instruments).
