The company operates through Megaworld, Emperador, Travellers, and GADC segments. It develops residential condominium units, subdivision lots, and townhouses, as well as office and retail developments; sells townhouses and tourism estate properties; develops integrated resorts; leases office and retail spaces; and operates and manages hotels. The company also develops and operates Resorts World Manila, an integrated tourism resort; and operates NEWPORT mall. In addition, it produces glass containers, as well as manufactures, bottles, and distributes distilled spirits and other alcoholic beverages under the Emperador Light, Emperador Deluxe, Andy Player Whisky, Smirnoff Mule, The BaR, The Dalmore, Jura Scotch, and Fundador brands. Further, the company operates franchised McDonald's restaurants in the Philippines. Additionally, it distributes wines, whisky and brandy products, and shoestring-shaped potato snacks. Alliance Global Group, Inc. was incorporated in 1993 and is based in Quezon City, the Philippines.
