The company serves oil companies, petroleum marketers, jobbers, municipal entities, school districts, industrial facilities, and other businesses. In addition, it provides maintenance, repair, and construction services to customers with underground petroleum storage tanks and petroleum product dispensing equipment, as well as is engaged in environmental consulting, site assessment, analysis, and management of site remediation for owners and operators of petroleum storage facilities. The company serves national and multinational enterprises, as well as to local and national governmental agencies and municipalities. The company was formerly known as Joning Corp and changed its name to Amincor, Inc. in February 2010. Amincor, Inc. was incorporated in 1997 and is headquartered in New York, New York.
