Under normal circumstances, it invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities. The fund may invest in securities of any market capitalization. Under normal circumstances, it invests at least 40% of its net assets in investments economically tied to countries other than the U.S., and the fund will hold investments economically tied to a minimum of three countries other than the U.S. It is non-diversified.

The Invesco S&P 500 High Dividend Low Volatility ETF (Fund) is based on the S&P 500 Low Volatility High Dividend Index (Index). The Fund will invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the Index. Standard & Poor's compiles, maintains and calculates the Index, which is composed of 50 securities traded on the S&P 500 Index that historically have provided high dividend yields and low volatility. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced and reconstituted semi-annually, in January and July.
