The fund may also invest in mid-cap companies, which the adviser currently considers to be companies with market capitalizations at the time of acquisition within the range of capitalizations of companies in the Russell Midcap® Index.

The index contains a minimum of 40 stocks, which are equally weighted, and no single sector is allowed to comprise more than 30% of the index weight.
