The company was formerly known as Eternity Technology Holdings Limited and changed its name to Hong Kong Aerospace Technology Group Limited in June 2021. The company was incorporated in 2003 and is based in Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong. Hong Kong Aerospace Technology Group Limited is a subsidiary of Hong Kong Aerospace Technology Holdings Limited.
