It holds 100% interests in the Stellar Copper-Gold Project covering an area of 24,533 ha located in British Columbia; and Stars copper porphyry project, consisting of four mineral tenures that covers an area of 3,761ha. The company also has option agreements to acquire 100% interest in the Paradise Lake, Miguels Lake, and the Stony Caldera gold properties covering an area of 47,800 hectares in Central Newfoundland. The company was formerly known as Shamrock Enterprises Inc. and changed its name to Aurwest Resources Corporation in January 2020. Aurwest Resources Corporation was incorporated in 2008 and is headquartered in Calgary, Canada.
