Avianca Holdings S.A. is a subsidiary of BRW Aviation LLC. On May 10, 2020, Avianca Holdings S.A., along with its affiliates, filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
