The fund typically holds 30 to 50 issuers. Up to 20% of the assets may be allocated to foreign securities, including emerging markets. Investments include common and preferred stocks, ADRs, REITs, convertibles, ETFs, BDCs, and private placements. The fund may hold undervalued cyclical companies.
