Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets either directly or indirectly in a portfolio of U.S. dollar-denominated, investment grade corporate bonds issued by U.S. and non-U.S. corporate issuers rated BBB with remaining maturities of greater than or equal to one year and less than five years. The fund is non-diversified.
