Effective December 12, 2025, BFCN converted from Baron FinTech Fund, a mutual fund with approximately $71.05 million in AUM.

The Fund will invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the Index. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced and reconstituted semi-annually, in January and July.
