It also develops and sells subdivision lots; trades in construction supplies; and sells water. In addition, the company offers healthcare and diagnostic services; port and shipping, and trucking services; and logistics services to the supply-chain requirements of various industries. Further, it engages in the research, development, real estate, and water projects. The company was incorporated in 1903 and is headquartered in Makati City, the Philippines.
