The fund invests in firms deriving significant revenues from infrastructure-related goods, services, or assets across areas such as clean energy, water systems, transportation, resource management, and data and communications. Portfolio construction combines fundamental financial analysis with ESG factors that the adviser considers financially material. The strategy is not limited to a single investment style and may hold growth, value, or blended exposures across different market capitalizations. BLDX invests globally, including a meaningful allocation to companies outside the US and may include emerging markets. Sector and regional positioning may shift over time, with potential exposure to areas such as industrials, utilities, and REITs. The fund converted from a mutual fund to an ETF with about $101 million in assets.
