Further, the company provides personalized investment services, such as brokerage, retirement planning, risk management, portfolio and insurance analysis, and Medicare/Medicaid planning; and charitable, business succession, and estate planning services, as well as long term health care issues and tax reduction strategies related solutions. Additionally, it offers credit and debit cards; bill payment services; and online, mobile, and telephone banking, as well as remote deposit capture and merchant services. The company offers its services through thirteen branch offices in Botetourt, Roanoke, Rockbridge, and Franklin counties, as well as in the City of Salem and Town of Vinton, Virginia.
