It operates through three segments: Construction, Equipment, and Resources. The Construction segment engages in the foundation engineering activities. This segment also offers services for excavation pits, as well as foundations for infrastructure projects and buildings, cut-off walls, and ground improvement. The Equipment segment provides equipment for exploration, mining, and exploitation of natural resources. This segment also designs and builds heavy-duty drilling rigs, trench cutters, grab systems, vibrators, and deep drilling rigs, as well as related tools. The Resources segment provides products and services for drilling services and water wells, environmental services, constructed wetlands, and mining and remediation. BAUER Aktiengesellschaft was founded in 1790 and is headquartered in Schrobenhausen, Germany.
