Its lead investigational drug candidate Lodonal, an once-a-day immune system regulator for the management of human immunodeficiency virus and acquired immune deficiency syndrome (HIV/AIDS). Its programs also include Global Telehealth platform; Medtech asset, an early development stage program that uses blockchain and smart contracts to manage and secure prescriptions and electronic health records; JKB-122, an investigational small molecule, long-acting toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) antagonist developed for autoimmune hepatitis, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH); and Low Dose Naltrexone, a compound formula that is purported to provide immune-modulating benefits that include cancer, pain, autoimmune, and anti-aging. The company also develops programs for the treatment of hyperphosphatemia. It has a licensing agreement with Cytocom Inc.
