It also provides home equity loans, house and construction loans, home equity lines of credit, and vacant land loans; consumer loans, such as automobile, boat, recreation vehicle, off road vehicle, farm, vacation, and debt consolidation loans, as well as personal reserve accounts; and commercial loans, such as real estate, equipment, small business administration, and the united states department of agriculture loans, as well as working capital financing. In addition, the company provides additional services, such as payroll, wire transfers, stop payments, money orders, rental collections, Christmas Club, Canadian drafts, gift checks, notary, safe deposit boxes, land contracts, night depository, and bill pay services. Further, it offers debit and credit cards, and Internet and mobile banking services. The company was founded in 1902 and is based in Sault Sainte Marie, Michigan.
