It will invest at least 40% of its total assets at the time of purchase in non-U.S. companies. The fund will normally be diversified among at least three different countries, including the United States. It invests in developed markets and emerging markets.

Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its assets in equity securities. It may also invest in other equity securities not included in the S&P 500 Index.
