The company has a development and licensing agreement with Sundial Growers Inc. to develop cannabis; a commercialization license agreement with Cantabria Labs Inc.; and a development and commercialization license agreement with Taro Pharmaceuticals Inc. Crescita Therapeutics Inc. was incorporated in 2016 and is headquartered in Laval, Canada.
