It operates through three segments: Natural Gas, Wind Power and Solar Energy, and Other. The Natural Gas segment sells natural gas and gas appliances, as well as provides construction and connection services for natural gas pipelines. The Wind/Solar Power segment engages in the development, management, and operation of the wind farm and solar power plants; and generates and sells electric power for power grid companies. The Other segment engages in the management and property leasing business. As of December 31, 2021, the company owned 7 long-distance natural gas transmission pipelines, 20 high-pressure branch pipelines, 31 urban gas projects, 25 distribution stations, 19 gate stations, 6 compressed natural gas (CNG) primary filling stations, 3 CNG secondary filling stations, 3 liquefied natural gas filling station, and 2 L-CNG joint filling stations. It also had a wind power consolidated installed capacity of 5,673.85 megawatts (MW) and installed capacity under management of 5,869.45 MW, as well as an attributable installed capacity of 5,311.60 MW. It also engages in the provision of project investment, investment management, and technical development services; and investment and sale of solar energy appliances, as well as provides service consultancy services. Further, it offers operation and maintenance of photovoltaic power stations and logistics, loading and unloading, and transportation services. The company was incorporated in 2010 and is headquartered in Shijiazhuang, the People's Republic of China.
