A SPAC is a “blank check” company with no commercial operations that is designed to raise capital via an IPO for the purpose of engaging in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or similar business combination with one or more operating companies. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund’s net assets will be invested in Pre-Combination SPACs. The fund is non-diversified.
