The company was formerly known as Nichromet Extraction Inc. and changed its name to Dundee Sustainable Technologies Inc. in January 2014. The company was incorporated in 1997 and is headquartered in Montreal, Canada. Dundee Sustainable Technologies Inc. is a subsidiary of Dundee Corporation.
