AgriMinco Corp. engages in the acquisition, exploration, and development of agricultural and industrial mineral projects, and renewable energy solutions in Africa. It explores for phosphates, attapulgite clay, rare earth elements, potassium, and other prescribed minerals. The company's projects include the Bassar phosphate exploration project comprising three exploration permits located in the Kara district of northern Togo; the Southern Togo project consisting of a block of contiguous rectangular exploration permits located to the northeast of Lomé, Togo; and the Oglat and Taoudenni projects that are located in the northern region of Mali in the Taoudenni basin. The company was formerly known as Ethiopian Potash Corp. and changed its name to AgriMinco Corp. in July 2013. AgriMinco Corp. was incorporated in 2010 and is based in Toronto, Canada.
