The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the MSCI Emerging Markets Equal Country Weighted Index (the index). The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the index. The index provides equal weighted exposure to all of the countries included in the MSCI Emerging Markets Index while providing capitalization weighted exposure to the securities within each country. The MSCI Emerging Markets Index is designed to measure equity market performance of certain markets deemed to be emerging markets. The fund is non-diversified.
