The fund invests in public equity and fixed income markets of global emerging countries. It seeks to invest in the stocks of companies operating across the diversified sectors. For its fixed income component, the fund invests in government debt securities, corporate bonds, non investment-grade securities, asset-backed securities, credit-linked notes, and credit default swaps. It employs fundamental analysis to create its portfolio. The fund benchmarks the performance of its portfolio against the Barclays Capital Global Emerging Markets Index, FTSE All World Emerging Market Index, and a blended index composed of JPMorgan Emerging Markets Bond Index - Global Diversified (32.5%); JPMorgan Government Bond Index - Emerging Markets (32.5%); MSCI Global Emerging Markets Index (35.0%).
