The company owns interests in various properties, which are used as shopping centers, restaurants, police stations, and apartments located in Connecticut, Delaware, Louisiana, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, and Texas. It also provides preferred developer services for CVS, Cumberland Farms, and Wild Fork Foods. First Hartford Corporation was incorporated in 1909 and is based in Manchester, Connecticut.
