The Fund’s investment objectives are to provide Shareholders with monthly distributions, initially targeted to yield 5% ($0.04167 per Class A Share per month) per annum based on the issue price of $10.00 per Class A Share and the opportunity for capital appreciation. The investment manager of the Fund is Faircourt Asset Management Inc. Faircourt Asset Management Inc. is the Investment Advisor for the Company and is responsible for managing the affairs and providing portfolio management services to the Company.

The Fund will invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the Index. Standard & Poor's compiles, maintains and calculates the Index, which is composed of 50 securities traded on the S&P 500 Index that historically have provided high dividend yields and low volatility.
