As of March 31, 2022, the company owned and operated 31 hotels with approximately 8,149 rooms; and managed 424 car parks with approximately 120,200 car parking bays. It has operations in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Malaysia, the Czech Republic, the People's Republic of China, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and the rest of Europe. The company was incorporated in 1990 and is based in Central, Hong Kong.
