The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing, under normal market conditions, at least 80% of its total assets in Natural Resource/Infrastructure Companies. The Adviser intends to invest primarily in the equity and debt securities of Natural Resource/Infrastructure Companies. The fund may invest without limitation in securities of U.S. issuers and non-U.S. issuers located in countries throughout the world. The fund is non-diversified.

The Fund will invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the Index. Standard & Poor's compiles, maintains and calculates the Index, which is composed of 50 securities traded on the S&P 500 Index that historically have provided high dividend yields and low volatility. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced and reconstituted semi-annually, in January and July.
