GASE Energy, Inc., an independent energy company, focuses on the exploration, development, and production of natural gas in Ukraine. The company has approximately 104,031 net acres for the exploration of natural gas properties in the Lisichansk-Toskovskay area located in the Dnieper-Donetsk Basin. As of December 31, 2013, it had estimated proved reserves of 713 million cubic meter of natural gas. The company operates two productive wells; owns two gas facilities; and owns 13.5 kilometers of gas pipelines. The company was formerly known as Great East Energy, Inc. and changed its name to GASE Energy, Inc. in June 2014. GASE Energy, Inc. is based in Warrenton, Virginia. GASE Energy, Inc. operates as a subsidiary of Bezerius Holdings Limited.
