Global Environmental Energy Corp. was formerly known as Life Energy & Technology Holdings, Inc. and changed its name to Global Environmental Energy Corp. in Septmber, 2004. The company is based in Nassau, Bahamas. On June 5, 2007, the voluntary petition of Global Environmental Energy Corp. for reorganization under Chapter 11 was converted to Chapter 7. The Company had filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on May 19, 2005.
