According to the basic terms of the agreement, the company would issue to Winsmart 29,868,737 shares of its common stock. Also, Winsmart would sell to the company approximately 553,212 young eucalyptus trees planted in a total of 340 leased hectares; and a tree seedling and nursery farm situated on 3.3 leased hectares. Greensmart Corporation, through its subsidiary, AgroCan (China), Inc., specializes in producing compound fertilizers, which are custom-made to suit local conditions, such as plant, soil, and climate. Compound fertilizers are the end product made from the combination of the three primary nutrients: nitrogen, phosphate, and potassium, together with other elements, such as iron, zinc, copper, and manganese. These elements are blended in different proportions, and are made into pellets and packed into bags.
