The fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in component securities of the index and investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of such component securities. The index is a fundamentally weighted index that consists of small-capitalization companies selected from the WisdomTree Global Dividend Index, which defines the dividend-paying universe of companies in the United States, developed countries, and emerging markets throughout the world. The fund is non-diversified.
