The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 75% of its net assets in fixed income securities, including high yield bonds, and other instruments that have similar economic characteristics. The Fund aims to maintain a portfolio maturity and duration between one and three years.Effective February 24, 2025, The Fund’s name will change to “Invesco Short Duration Total Return Bond ETF” As a result of this change, the Fund will also change its ticker to “GTOS.” Additionally, the Funds management fee will reduce to 30bps.
