It also provides wax emulsions for panel board and specialty applications; intermediates and derivatives, such as urea formaldehyde concentrate, methaform, and triazines for methylene diphenyl diisocyanate, butanediol, herbicides and fungicides, oil and gas production scavengers, fabric softeners, formaldehyde-based resins, and hydrogen sulfide scavenging for oil and gas applications. In addition, the company offers performance coatings products, including Versatic acid derivatives for automotive, industrial, protective, architectural, construction, and adhesives applications; and chemical intermediates, such as Versatic acids and neo-acids for catalysts (peroxides), pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, and adhesion promoters. It serves residential and non-residential construction, energy, automotive, and agriculture industries. The company was incorporated in 2019 and is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio.
