It generally seeks to purchase equity securities of large capitalization U.S. companies, and may purchase American Depository Receipts (ADRs) of international companies trading on U.S. exchanges, that exhibit accelerating growth in earnings and revenue. The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in securities that have a market capitalization at the time of investment comparable to securities held in the S&P 500 ® Index. It is non-diversified.
