The investment seeks to correspond generally to the Barclays Global Aggregate Corporate Ex USD Bond Index (USD Hedged). The fund will normally invest at least 80% of its net assets in corporate bonds and in instruments designed to hedge against its exposure to non-U.S. currencies. The index is designed to track the performance of investment grade corporate debt publicly issued in developed and emerging markets (excluding all securities denominated in USD) in the industrial, utility and financial sectors while mitigating exposure to fluctuations between the value of the USD and the currencies of the countries included in the index. It is non-diversified.
