Its primary rights and properties also comprise the Pioche project that comprises a block of 495 acres of unpatented Federal lode mining claims adjacent to the Prince Mine and 450 acres of unpatented Federal lode claims adjacent to the Caselton Mine located in the Pioche Mining District of Lincoln County, Nevada. The company was formerly known as Western States Engineering and Construction, Inc. and changed its name to International Silver, Inc. in June 2006. International Silver, Inc. was incorporated in 1992 and is headquartered in Tucson, Arizona.
