The fund normally invests in a portfolio of 30-50 securities of issuers from several different countries, excluding the United States, and it may, under unusual circumstances, invest all or substantially all of its assets in a single country. It may invest up to 20% of its net assets, measured at the time of purchase, in U.S. issuers.

The Invesco S&P 500 High Dividend Low Volatility ETF (Fund) is based on the S&P 500 Low Volatility High Dividend Index (Index). The Fund will invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the Index. Standard & Poor's compiles, maintains and calculates the Index, which is composed of 50 securities traded on the S&P 500 Index that historically have provided high dividend yields and low volatility. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced and reconstituted semi-annually, in January and July.
