It seeks to achieve market-like returns with lower volatility over a full market cycle than the Russell 1000® Index. The fund seeks to generate such returns with volatility that can range from approximately 0% to 40% lower than the Russell 1000 Index.

The Invesco S&P 500 High Dividend Low Volatility ETF (Fund) is based on the S&P 500 Low Volatility High Dividend Index (Index). The Fund will invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the Index. Standard & Poor's compiles, maintains and calculates the Index, which is composed of 50 securities traded on the S&P 500 Index that historically have provided high dividend yields and low volatility. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced and reconstituted semi-annually, in January and July.
