The company operates through three segments: Payments Platform, Marketplace Platform, and Fintech Platform. This segment also offers a technology platform to pay and receive payments for goods and services, as well as to transfer and withdraw money. The Marketplace Platform segment connects merchants and consumers enabling merchants to enhance its sales and enable consumers to buy a selection of products and services from various merchants. The Fintech Platform segment enables its consumers to manage its personal finances online and access consumer finance and deposit products primarily through the Kaspi.kz Super App. It is also involved in the e-commerce, banking, insurance, and asset management services; real estate business; and provision of online travel and payment processing services. The company was incorporated in 2008 and is based in Almaty, the Republic of Kazakhstan.
