Further, the company is involved in the operation and management of department stores, shopping centers, and convenience and drug stores; leasing of office buildings and research facilities; contracting of civil engineering and construction, electrical, telecommunications, and pipe work; manufacturing, remodeling, painting, cleaning, and repair of transportation equipment, such as trains and automobiles; management of condominium; and provision of building maintenance, cleaning, security business.
