The FT Vest S&P 500 Dividend Aristocrats Target Income ETF (the "Fund") seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the Fund's fees and expenses) of an equity index called the Cboe S&P 500 Dividend Aristocrats Target Income Index Monthly Series (the "Index"). The Fund will normally invest at least 80% of its total assets (including investment borrowings) in the common stocks and call options that comprise the Index. The Fund, using an indexing investment approach, attempts to replicate, before fees and expenses, the performance of the Index.
