It normally invests 30% to 70% of its net assets in common stocks and other equity securities; 30% to 70% of its net assets in bonds and other debt securities, except during prolonged periods of low interest rates; and up to 20% of its assets in money market instruments.

The Invesco S&P 500 High Dividend Low Volatility ETF (Fund) is based on the S&P 500 Low Volatility High Dividend Index (Index). The Fund will invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the Index. Standard & Poor's compiles, maintains and calculates the Index, which is composed of 50 securities traded on the S&P 500 Index that historically have provided high dividend yields and low volatility. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced and reconstituted semi-annually, in January and July.
