The investment seeks to provide two times leveraged long exposure to the compounded monthly performance of the Wells Fargo Master Limited Partnership ex Energy Index. The index is designed to measure the performance of all non-energy master limited partnerships ("MLPs") listed on the New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE"), NYSE MKT or NASDAQ with market capitalization of at least $100 million. The Securities seek to approximate the monthly returns that might be available to investors through a leveraged "long" investment in the index constituent securities.
