The company was formerly known as Logan Property Holdings Company Limited and changed its name to Logan Group Company Limited in June 2020. The company was founded in 1996 and is headquartered in Shenzhen, the People's Republic of China. Logan Group Company Limited is a subsidiary of Junxi Investments Limited.
