The adviser considers equity securities to include common and preferred stocks, depositary receipts, and securities with equity characteristics, including, but not limited to, equity-linked securities and participatory notes.

The Fund will invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the Index. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced and reconstituted semi-annually, in January and July.
