Under normal market conditions, it will maintain at least 80% of its net assets (including borrowings for investment purposes) in such securities. The fund may also invest up to 35% of its assets in foreign securities (including American Depositary Receipts and emerging market securities). To the extent invested in common stocks, the fund generally invests in only 25-40 companies at any given time.
