Under normal market conditions, the Fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (including investment borrowings) in equity securities issued by large capitalization companies. The Fund considers large capitalization companies to be those companies with market capitalizations within the market capitalization range of the companies comprising the Russell 1000 Growth Index (as of the index's most recent reconstitution).
