It sells its products directly through its sales force, as well as through independent manufacturer representatives and distributors. The company was formerly known as Ault Global Holdings Inc. and changed its name to BitNile Holdings, Inc. in December 13, 2021. BitNile Holdings Inc. was incorporated in 1969 and is headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada.
